We don't sell or rent your information. We share only what's necessary to run the business, with these categories of service providers:

• ✓Razorpay processes your payment; we never see or store your full card/UPI details.
• ✓Shiprocket and its courier partners receive your name, phone, and delivery address to ship your order.
• ✓Google, if you choose to sign in that way, per their own privacy policy.
• ✓Netlify / Neon, our hosting and database providers, who store data securely on our behalf and never access it for their own purposes.

We retain order records for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, and consumer protection requirements under Indian law. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time; see "Your rights" below.

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and your bag saved between visits. We don't currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to kaanhasJewels@gmail.com and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
