Terms of Service

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Natural freshwater pearls and stones vary slightly in shape, size, and surface; these variations are part of each piece's natural beauty and are not defects.

Orders are paid for at checkout via Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, and netbanking. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured: you'll see a confirmation on-screen and it will appear in your account's order history. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if a piece turns out to be unavailable), in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has shipped, by writing to kaanhasJewels@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. See Returns & Exchanges below instead.

Approved refunds (for a cancelled unshipped order, or an approved return/exchange under our Shipping & Returns policy) are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days thereafter, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All photography, designs, and content on this site belong to Kaanha's and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Kaanha's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your purchase.
