Packaging
Every Kaanha's piece arrives thoughtfully packaged, making it just as special to receive as it is to wear. Whether you're gifting someone or choosing a piece for yourself, your jewellery is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully presented.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges, for any reason, within 10 days of delivery. Pieces should be unworn and returned with all of their original packaging. We arrange the pickup for you at no cost. Once your return passes our quality check, we refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days. If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing video, and we'll send a full refund or a replacement.
