Every Kaanha's piece arrives thoughtfully packaged, making it just as special to receive as it is to wear. Whether you're gifting someone or choosing a piece for yourself, your jewellery is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully presented.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is carefully prepared for every order, we currently accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product. If you experience either of these, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear unboxing video. We will review the request and arrange a suitable resolution.
